The Sony Ericsson Xperia mini and mini pro smartphones are compact Android devices meant for the entry-level market. Today, Sony Ericsson announced that these two products will be available in Singapore from this month.
The Xperia mini pro (equipped with a slideout QWERTY keypad) will go on sale immediately with a retail price of S$458 while the Xperia mini will be available starting August 19. We have contacted Sony Ericsson to find out when they will be sold in the rest of Asia and will keep you updated as soon as we get the information.
These smartphones were announced in May this year and are direct replacements for the similarly named Xperia X10 mini and X10 mini pro.
