Apparently, this is all part of a viral marketing stunt by the Hearst Corporation to get people to buy Cosmo for Guys (an iPad version of Cosmopolitan for men). If someone was brave enough to touch the iPad atop the girl, they will get redirected to sample pages of the magazine.
